When YAHWEH makes a promise to us HE remembers and fulfills HIS promises. In the case of Noah, YAHWEH promised to protect him, his family and all animals on the ark from the flood and HE did.
Genesis 8:1(Read all verses 1-22)
1 And God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the cattle that was with him in the ark: and God made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters asswaged;
Isaiah 49:15-16
15 “Can a woman forget her nursing child, And not have compassion on the son of her womb? Surely they may forget, Yet I will not forget you. 16 See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands; Your walls are continually before Me.
2 Chronicles 6:14
14 “He prayed, “O LORD, God of Israel, there is no God like You in all of heaven and earth. You keep Your promises and show unfailing love to all who obey You and are eager to do Your will.”
Joshua 21:45
45 Not one of the good promises which the Lord had made to the house of Israel failed; all came to pass.
Joshua 23:14
14 Now behold, today I am going the way of all the earth, and you know in all your hearts and in all your souls that not one word of all the good words which the Lord your God spoke concerning you has failed; all have been fulfilled for you, not one of them has failed.
1 Kings 8:56
56 Blessed be the Lord, who has given rest to His people Israel, according to all that He promised; not one word has failed of all His good promise, which He promised through Moses His servant.
2 Corinthians 1:20
20 For as many as are the promises of God, in Him they are yes; therefore also through Him is our Amen to the glory of God through us.
