My Beloved, it is our obedience to God which keeps us confident in HIM, constant in HIS presence and always covered under and within HIS shadow; reaping the benefits from the pleasures of HIS presence. Think of it, you obey God, you keep your good fellowship with HIM and the end result…peace, your confidence in Christ, protection, promises fulfilled, blessings, favor, answers from God and so much more. This and more, to me, is what Joshua 1:6-7 highlights
Joshua 1:6-7
6 Be strong and of good courage, for to this people you shall divide as an inheritance the land which I swore to their fathers to give them.
7 Only be strong and very courageous, that you may observe to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go.
Psalm 16:11
11 You will show me the way of life, granting me the joy of your presence and the pleasures of living with you forever
Isaiah 1:19
19 If you are willing and obedient, You shall eat the good of the land;
